If you're looking to keep track of your calories, these printable sheets that we have work really well.
The format is simple, just choose your ingredients, drop the calories down into their respective fields and add them up!
While we feel most of our food is relatively low in calories compared to other restaurants in our segment, there is certainly ways to cut calories from your meal without sacrificing taste!
And remember, our Beans & Rice are completely Vegan!
