Over a year ago, Taco Del Mar took the initiative to "go green" and replace much of our packaging with those made with more sustainable products.  At Taco Del Mar, we've always cared about the environment - encouraging recycling and reusable cups - but we decided to take it a step further.

The products we're using, made by Trellis Earth, do not require recycling or composting - they biodegrade naturally leaving no toxic residues in landfills.  By using these products you will support the effort to replace conventional plastics with newer, more sustainable polymers with a lower carbon footprint.

Taco Del Mar is the first Quick Service Restaurant of its size to convert to green packaging.  We hope to continue to lead the way in future environmental efforts.
